Weight loss: Five healthy late-night snacks that you can enjoy without guilt | The Times of India


Snacking too much is one of the most common problems that hinders people’s weight loss journey. We all try our best to maintain a healthy diet, but the moment it comes to snacking, we lose control.

The pandemic has disrupted our routine in many ways, including our sleep pattern. While most of us are awake late at night, it has increased the midnight snacking leading to weight gain.

It is recommended to eat your dinner at least two hours before you go to sleep so that your body has ample time to digest it. Snacking after dinner can hinder your weight loss journey and sleep.
