poco: Poco India unveils new brand logo and mascot – Times of India

Smartphone brand Poco has unveiled a brand new logo and brand mascot. ‘Made of Mad’ is the new brand logo and the mascot will be integrated into the brand’s campaigns across different mediums.
As per Poco, the halo on the mascot’s head signifies a sense of goodness; the mascot may be Mad but “with a cause”. The antennas represent the naughty side of mad. The intent in the eyes brings a “unique kind of incongruity” while the triangular mouth stands for sharp wit.
Commenting on the new logo unveiling, Anuj Sharma, country director, Poco India, said, “POCO’s ‘’Made of Mad’’ is a creative rendition of what our fans and consumers can expect from a brand that indicates a very compelling functional promise. It is also a representation of our consumers who are mad, eccentric, irreverent with a thirst to pursue perfection. Through this initiative, we want to build a belief system that enhances the overall POCO experience that our users find relevant.”
The company had recently launched the Poco M3 smartphone in India. Running on MIUI 12-based on Android 10 out of the box, the smartphone offers a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with 2340x1080p resolution. It comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 octa-core processor, paired with 6GB RAM. There are two storage models — 64GB and 128GB. For those who want more storage, there is a microSD card support of up to 512GB.
