Samsung One UI 3.1 update brings select features from the Galaxy S21 to these smartphones – Times of India

South Korean tech giant Samsung has announced that it is rolling out the One UI 3.1 update to the Galaxy S20 series, Galaxy Note20 series and Galaxy Z Fold2 and Galaxy Z Flip series. This brings select features of the latest Galaxy S21 smartphone lineup to these handsets.
The One UI 3.1 update brings Single Take feature to other smartphone users. Also, the update brings an Object eraser tool that can help users cut out unwanted parts of their photos. Another camera feature that is coming to select Samsung Galaxy smartphones is an improved touch autofocus and auto exposure controller. To enhance the video recording experience, One UI 3.1 comes with Multi Mic Recording feature that when in Pro Video mode, will allow users to simultaneously record audio through phone as well as a connected Bluetooth device such as Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds Live and Buds+.
Apart from camera enhancements, the One UI 3.1 update brings new Eye Comfort Shield mode that is said to automatically adjust the blue light based on the time of day. Also, the update, as per the company, makes it easier to control what users share due the Privacy Share feature.
One UI 3.1 is available starting from today on Galaxy S20 series, Note20 series, Z Fold2 and Z Flip, and the S10, Note10, and Fold, A71, A51, A90, A80, A70, and A50 devices, revealed Samsung even though the availability may vary by region and carrier.
