4 amla drinks to boost immunity in winters | The Times of India


Make your amla juice tasty by using some roasted jeera (cumin) powder in it. Cumin has a hearty, earthy and warm flavour, which can turn your juice tasty. Moreover, small brown seeds are rich in nutrients like iron, vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and manganese and make the drink healthier.

How to make it:

Method 1: Soak a teaspoon of cumin in a glass of warm water overnight. Strain the concoction, add half cup of amla juice in it and drink it.

Method 2: Add half cup of amla juice in a glass of warm water and add some roasted cumin powder in it. Mix the concoction well and drink it.
