Nokia 2.4 with 4500mAh battery launched at Rs 10,399 – Times of India

NEW DELHI: HMD Global, the company which holds the license to manufacture Nokia branded smartphones, has launched its latest budget smartphone in India. The company has launched Nokia 2.4 smartphone in the country. The handset runs Android 10 and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor.
Price and availability
Nokia 2.4 is priced at Rs 10,399 and it can be purchased in Dusk, Charcoal and Fjord colour options. The smartphone will be available for purchase in the country starting December 4. The customers will be able to purchase the handset online from Amazon and Flipkart and offline from the authorised retail outlets.
As part of the launch offer, the company will be giving 007 merchandise hampers which include 007 special edition bottle, cap and metal keychain to the first 100 customers. Along with this, the Nokia 2.4 buyers will also get Jio benefits worth Rs 3,550 including cashback of Rs 2,000 on prepaid recharge of Rs 349 and vouchers of worth Rs 1,550 from partners on the purchase of the smartphone.
Nokia 2.4 specifications
Nokia 2.4 offers a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 20:9 aspect ratio and 1600×720 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 processor and comes in two RAM models — 2GB and 3GB paired with 32GB and 64GB internal storage.
Nokia 2.4 comes with a microSD card using which the storage can be expanded up to 512GB.
On the camera front, the handset has a 5MP selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture and on the back users will get a 13MP main sensor (f/2.25 aperture) and a 2MP depth sensor. The device is backed by a 4,500mAh battery with the micro USB charging port.
Connectivity options of the Nokia 2.4 include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS/AGPS+GLONASS+Beidou and sensors available on the phone are ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer.
