Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 5G launch set for November 26, claims report – Times of India

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 5G is soon going to be launched in the company’s home country, according to a report by GizmoChina.
As per the report, the company has confirmed that the Redmi Note 9 lineup will be launched at 8 pm on November 26 as the company has shared a poster on Chinese microblogging website to confirm this.
In terms of specs, the Redmi Note 9 lineup is expected to feature a primary 108MP camera and come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC. It is rumoured to offer a 6.67-inch IPS LCD panel with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Battery wise, it is said to be backed by a 4820mAh battery with 33W rapid charging support.
In related news, Xiaomi started rolling out Android 11 update to Redmi Note 9 Pro in India. It brings MIUI version to the handset and is 2.3GB in size. It is being rolled out as an OTA update and is initially available for select users only. The rollout was first reported by the Redmi Note 9 Pro smartphone users via posts on microblogging site Twitter.
Those interested can also check the update manually on their device. To do so, head to the Settings app and tap on About phone. Being based on Android 11, the firmware will bring the latest privacy and security features to the Redmi Note 9 Pro phone.
